By accessing or using SingLang ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SingLang is an AI-powered language learning application that translates phrases and generates sung audio in multiple languages. The Service uses third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude) and ElevenLabs.
SingLang operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Paddle) and are used to generate translations and audio. Credits do not expire for one-time purchases. Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
The translated text and generated audio produced by the Service may be used for personal and educational purposes. Commercial redistribution of generated content requires written permission from SingLang.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated translations and audio may contain errors. SingLang is not responsible for inaccuracies in translations or generated content.
SingLang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
