SingLang collects minimal data necessary to operate the Service:
- Session ID: A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser's local storage to track your credits and usage
- Usage data: Number of translations generated, features used, and credit consumption
- Payment data: Processed entirely by Paddle — we do not store card numbers or payment details
- Input phrases: Text you submit for translation (not stored permanently)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To manage your credits and subscription
- To process payments via Paddle
- To prevent abuse and ensure security
3. Third-Party Services
SingLang uses the following third-party providers:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): For translation — Privacy Policy
- ElevenLabs: For audio generation — Privacy Policy
- Google Cloud: For free-tier translation and TTS — Privacy Policy
- Paddle: For payment processing — Privacy Policy
- Hostinger: Web hosting and server infrastructure. Session and usage data is stored on servers managed by Hostinger — Privacy Policy
4. Data Retention
Session data and usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by law.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
SingLang uses browser local storage to save your session ID, preferences, and history locally on your device. No tracking cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. As we do not collect personal identifiers, data deletion is processed by clearing your session from our database.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service.
