SingLang offers a fair refund policy for purchases made through our platform. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Credit packages (Credit 12 and Credit 35) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 3 credits have been used. Once more than 3 credits have been consumed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
